About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to help stand up Observe to Agent, (O2A) capability for Wells Fargo. As part of the Chief Operating Office AI Center of Excellence (COE) organization, this role will drive enterprise-wide AI strategy and delivery by defining product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Generative and Agentic AI solutions. Leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle to build scalable, intelligent systems that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and innovation while ensuring responsible AI practices. In this role, you will: Define and scale the enterprise Observe capability and its operating model, ensuring O2A is deployed consistently, securely, and with measurable business value across the company. Build and scale the enterprise Agentic capability that transforms video captures into executable Agentic workflows/code, enabling automation acceleration across the COO and enterprise. Own the enterprise strategy for Observe, covering video capture, telemetry ingestion, persona configuration, clickstream processing, and data gathering across multiple business areas. Own the product vision, roadmap, and multi‑release plan for the Video‑to‑Code and broader agent creation pipeline, leveraging multimodal ingestion, semantic understanding, and deterministic + LLM hybrid approaches shown across the O2A roadmap. Establish enterprise patterns for video-to‑API code generation, enabling accelerated velocity (e.g., 30+ control reviews automated per quarter). Partner with COO Tech & SkanAI to define how “Observe” seamlessly transitions into “Agent,” including the end-to-end value stream (Observe → Analyze → Optimize → Run). Define control and compliance requirements, including PII redaction, safe-use patterns, and model assurance workflows. Develop enterprise guidelines for process mapping, process mining, behavioral clustering, and insight generation used to drive automation opportunities. Shape and run O2A experimentation frameworks, collaborating with Tech CIO and COO Tech for infrastructure (Cloud PC, Digital Identity, containerized deployments). Own the strategy to integrate open‑source multimodal models (e.g., Gamma‑3, large action models) into the agentic pipeline. Establish enterprise release & change‑management routines for O2A, ensuring LOB alignment, training, onboarding, and operational readiness. Partner with domain SMEs across operations, fraud, complaints, IT Ops, and contact centers to codify manual processes into reusable agentic workflows Define requirements for core platform services: structured insights extraction, ontology generation, clickstream mapping, knowledge graph development, context engineering, and automated agent workflow generation. Lead cross‑functional delivery teams (Data Science, AI Engineering, Skan Configurators, Platform Engineering) to deliver capabilities such as multi‑modal ingestion, SOP generation, semantic graph construction, workflow translation, agent execution validation, and multi‑agent orchestration. Define quality, governance, and model assurance requirements — including hallucination controls, SLA breach alerts, execution rollback, analyst‑in‑the‑loop gates, and observability (ARIZE, Phoenix, Splunk). Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others. Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise. Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
