As a leader in the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support users of AI Factory’s MLOps and GenAI Platforms. The Support, Enablement, and Advocacy (SEA) team handles the day-to-day administration of central LM deployments of AI Factory’s platforms and aims to streamline user onboarding and adoption of AI technologies. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline
  • Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for users or internal engineering platforms
  • Experience writing technical docs, tutorials, or enablement content and explaining AI/ML concepts to mixed-experience audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product/platform teams
  • Must be a US Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building AI Agents and/or training and deploying ML models
  • Knowledge of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, RAG, Agents) and ML Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Sci-kit)
  • Ability to work with continuously and rapidly changing priorities and technologies
  • Compassion, empathy, and strong people skills
  • Experience using commercial GenAI or MLOps platforms
  • Demonstrated application of AI to business or mission applications
  • Personal practices for staying in tune with a rapidly evolving technology field
  • Experience with Programming and Scripting, such as C++, Java, Python, Go, Bash
  • Experience with DevSecOps, Cloud Native software development practices, and Kubernetes
  • Proven experience collaborating with virtual teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Creative and resourceful when it comes to problem-solving
  • A curious and can-do attitude. You are not afraid to try, learn, and improve

Responsibilities

  • Support users at all levels of experience as they learn about AI and adopt the AI Factory platforms
  • Perform debugging and root cause analysis of reported bugs and outages
  • Curate and improve product documentation and best-practice examples
  • Manage platform administrative processes
  • Manage announcements and communications to users for platform outages and new features.
  • Beta-test new product features and partner with the Platform Development team to design features aligned to user behaviors and desires
  • Continuously learn and adapt new AI technologies into our own workflows to accelerate processes and develop content
  • Partner with the AI Training Team to demonstrate new product features to early-adopter audiences and curate AI-upskilling materials for the corporation
