About The Position

This is a fully-remote position. We just want the best, wherever you are. We are looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy video creator to join our fast-paced team and help us produce high-performing promotional and influencer videos for our clients. This role is for someone who is excited about leveraging generative AI tools (like Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Captions.ai, Creatify, APOB, Sora, etc.) to create virtual influencer videos. You must have an instinct for social media storytelling—especially TikTok—and understand what kinds of videos convert. You’re obsessed with hooks, retention, and optimizing every second of content. You produce content that drives brand performance. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team that values impact, efficiency, and independence. As a fully remote company, all of our team members must be able to take full responsibility for their roles and sphere of influence.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in short-form video editing for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools in your editing workflow (Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• You must have a portfolio, or at least 3 sample videos, that showcase your editing and AI-assisted video creation
• Strong portfolio of social-first video content with measurable engagement results
• You understand native TikTok storytelling (first 3 seconds, watch time, captions, memes, etc.)
• Comfort working independently and managing your own deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Bonus if you’ve worked with influencer or UGC content

Responsibilities

• Generate iterations of top performing influencer videos using AI.
• Create virtual influencer videos.
• Create engaging social media videos with AI.
• Develop a scalable playbook for how we leverage GenAI to consistently deliver high-performing videos across clients.
