About The Position

We are currently looking for a Gen AI Engineer in the United States. In this role, you will drive the technical development of cutting-edge AI capabilities on a unified data platform, focusing on Generative AI workflows, data pipelines, and advanced analytics. You will design, build, and optimize Python-based solutions, orchestrate agentic workflows, and integrate both private and cloud-hosted Large Language Models (LLMs) securely and at scale. Working with modern database and cloud-native technologies, you will help deliver high-performance AI workloads, ensuring robust, scalable, and production-ready solutions. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate across global teams and contribute to a platform that accelerates AI innovation across diverse data types.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Python.
  • Strong foundation in software design, architecture, and production-grade code practices.
  • Solid experience with testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux/MacOS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities for complex systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cloud-native development (AWS, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain Python-based features for AI and data platforms.
  • Build and optimize solutions for Generative AI use cases such as RAG, data pipelines, and advanced analytics.
  • Develop, orchestrate, and scale autonomous agent workflows for complex distributed environments.
  • Integrate, deploy, and manage private and cloud-hosted LLMs with a focus on security and scalability.
  • Operate and scale AI workloads in Kubernetes environments to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Evaluate emerging GenAI and Python technologies and apply innovations to platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, implementation, and problem-solving initiatives.
