The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing multi-agent, tool‑using, autonomous AI systems for enterprise‑scale use cases.This role requires strong Python engineering capabilities, in-depth knowledge of AWS-native data and AI services, and a solid foundation in Generative AI concepts, scalable AI workloads, and production-grade architectures.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, with the ability to write clean, modular, production-grade code for enterprise applications.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and backend services specifically tailored for AI/GenAI workloads.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, asynchronous programming, and scalable backend architectures.
- Hands‑on experience with Deep Agent Frameworks, LangChain, and LangGraph for building agentic AI systems.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, including-Prompt engineering & orchestration
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Practical, hands-on experience working with Claude models via Amazon Bedrock.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, hallucination mitigation techniques, and response quality controls for LLMs.
- Strong experience with key AWS Data & AI services, including:
- Amazon Bedrock
- AWS Glue (ETL & metadata pipelines)
- Amazon Athena (querying structured & unstructured data)
- Amazon S3 (object storage, data lake, document repositories)
- Understanding of IAM, security, encryption, observability, logging, and AI workload cost optimization.
- Experience integrating agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and document repositories.
- Practical exposure to agent observability, explainability, fault tolerance, and execution monitoring.
- Ability to translate complex business workflows into agent-based execution plans and autonomous task flows.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions using Deep Agent Frameworks, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Build multi-agent workflows leveraging LLMs (including Claude on Amazon Bedrock) for reasoning, orchestration, and autonomous task execution.
- Develop robust Python-based services, APIs, and pipelines for GenAI and AI-driven automation.
- Integrate agents with AWS data services (Glue, Athena, S3, etc.) for retrieval, processing, analytics, and orchestration.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and advanced tool-enabled agent patterns.
- Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, auditable, and production-ready.
- Collaborate with data platform, architecture, and product teams to translate business problems into agent-based AI architectures.
- Contribute to technical standards, architecture decisions, and reusable frameworks for GenAI and agent ecosystems.
- Support model governance, prompt versioning, observability, and performance optimization.
