About The Position

This role provides an exciting opportunity to design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using the Gemini Enterprise platform. The Gemini Architect will act as a strategic technical advisor, translating complex business objectives into secure, scalable, and performant AI frameworks. This position involves architecting end-to-end agentic workflows, establishing data grounding strategies, and driving governance and security standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing, high-impact environment, collaborating with executives and technical teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will lead hands-on prototype development, facilitate workshops, and define integration strategies across enterprise technology stacks. The role requires innovation, deep technical expertise, and the ability to guide organizations through AI transformations that unlock value and efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Senior Technical Consulting, with a focus on AI/ML or enterprise-scale platforms.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Gemini Enterprise, including designing agentic workflows, implementing data grounding, and configuring security/governance controls.
• Strong understanding of Google Workspace architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG techniques, prompt engineering, and API-first integration strategies.
• Proficiency in cloud architecture (preferably Google Cloud), data platforms (e.g., BigQuery), and scripting languages such as Python.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both executives and engineers.
• Proven experience managing client-facing technical delivery and driving strategic solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Relevant Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, Professional Collaboration Engineer).

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Generative AI solutions using Gemini Enterprise, including multi-agent workflows.
• Design RAG-based data grounding strategies connecting Gemini to enterprise data sources such as BigQuery and Salesforce.
• Define and implement security, governance, and compliance controls, including data residency, access management, and monitoring.
• Serve as the principal technical advisor to C-level and IT stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, ROI analysis, and roadmap planning.
• Facilitate client workshops, including requirements gathering, validation, and UAT, while leading prototype and MVP development.
• Produce architectural documentation, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and sales teams to evolve the Gemini Enterprise offering and support client success.
