About The Position
As a Geek Squad Installation Helper at Best Buy, you will assist with the delivery and basic installation of technology products in clients' homes. This role, also known as a Cadet, provides an opportunity to learn about Geek Squad's products and services while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work alongside a seasoned Agent, ensuring that client appointments are handled with care and that follow-ups on recommendations are prompt.
