About The Position

As a Geek Squad Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support, knowledge, and solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing positive and timely service during the check-in and checkout processes, understanding technology issues by engaging customers with thoughtful questions, and offering accurate time estimates for next steps. You will also be responsible for setting up and repairing technology devices, monitoring service queues, and providing customers with accurate status updates.
