About The Position
Bell-Textron Inc. is seeking a Gear, Cut & Grind technician to support our manufacturing operations at our Drive Systems Center in Grand Prairie, Texas. The technician will be responsible for setting up and operating various gear manufacturing equipment to produce a wide variety of gears and splines, including spiral bevel, helical, and hypoid gears. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as setups and work must be held to extremely close tolerances. Additionally, the technician will advise and assist in the development of new gears and gear cutting processes, as well as test and check gears using specialized equipment.
