Requirements

  • Must have one to two semesters left prior to graduation
  • Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering discipline
  • Eligible majors include: Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding)

Responsibilities

  • Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers
  • Grow your technical expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas
  • Experience technically challenging assignments in the power generation industry focusing on areas such as Systems, Analysis, Design, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test
  • Perform design and analysis of product lines in areas such as steam turbine, gas turbines, gas engines and generators
  • Develop and implement new design concepts and design improvements
  • Work with the drafting team to create or update the drawings
  • Partner with the manufacturing team to solve problems that arise out of the complex manufacturing processes required to make these parts
