Requirements

  • Must have one to two semesters left prior to graduation and be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering discipline.
  • Eligible majors include Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).
  • Must have the ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers.
  • Grow your technical expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas.
  • Experience technically challenging assignments in the power generation industry focusing on areas such as Systems, Analysis, Design, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test.
  • Perform design and analysis of product lines in areas such as steam turbine, gas turbines, gas engines and generators.
  • Develop and implement new design concepts and design improvements.
  • Work with the drafting team to create or update the drawings.
  • Partner with the manufacturing team to solve problems that arise out of the complex manufacturing processes required to make these parts.

  • Pay ranges from $21.00/hr - $34.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed.
