Requirements

• Current enrollment in undergrad or graduate degree.
• Requirement of 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher

• Ability to facilitate groups and teams
• You have a passion for driving change and improvement
• You have experience with developing processes and/or software applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with custom software systems
• Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Responsibilities

• Define key training requirements and competencies for the different production work teams within the shop
• Assist in the development and implementation of the training/skills management module within the L2L software system
• Assist the Facilities Management team with identification and categorization of plant assets
• Assist in the development and implementation of the factory maintenance dispatch process within the L2L software system
• Develop training and work instruction material for users of the L2L system
• Support factory Lean/5s projects and initiatives

• The pay for this position ranges from $25-34/hr. based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed
• Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
• Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern's permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
