Requirements

Current enrollment in undergrad or graduate degree.
Requirement of 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher

Nice To Haves

Ability to facilitate groups and teams
You have a passion for driving change and improvement
You have experience with developing processes and/or software applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with custom software systems
Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Responsibilities

Define key training requirements and competencies for the different production work teams within the shop
Assist in the development and implementation of the training/skills management module within the L2L software system
Assist the Facilities Management team with identification and categorization of plant assets
Assist in the development and implementation of the factory maintenance dispatch process within the L2L software system
Develop training and work instruction material for users of the L2L system
Support factory Lean/5s projects and initiatives

The pay for this position ranges from $25-34/hr. based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed
This position is also eligible for:
Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
