The position is for a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Pharmacist (RPh) who will manage nursing care and services for a specified group of patients. The role involves ongoing observations, assessments, and nursing actions based on identified patient needs, while ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards. The RN/RPh will also participate in quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities, performing all duties in a courteous and customer-focused manner according to the Hurley Family Standards of Behavior. The position operates under the direct supervision of a Manager or designee, who assigns responsibilities and reviews compliance with established standards. Additionally, the RN/RPh may direct and coordinate the work of professional and ancillary personnel providing nursing care to patients.
