Develop and lead comprehensive pricing strategies with minimum oversight for large, complex deals—including modeling options, producing deliverables, maintaining accurate pricing catalogs and narratives, and formulating discount and win strategies. Oversee all stages of the pricing process, ensuring strict adherence to customer requirements and company policies and procedures. Manage the delivery of pricing inputs for proposals in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams. Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, repeatable processes and standardized resources for efficient, consistent pricing operations. Work closely with internal teams to understand the business and technical goals of customers and partners and deliver customized pricing solutions that address their needs. Lead and support price-related negotiations with customers and internal/external stakeholders. Collaborate with finance, product, legal, and contracting teams to develop pricing and discount frameworks that align with customer objectives, market positioning, and company standards. Support Finance in P&L modeling to ensure proposals are both profitable for Oracle and competitively priced for customers.
