Bring your expertise to Oracle’s Government, Defense & Intelligence (GDI) team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in presales support for Federal HR solutions. In this impactful position, you will build and deliver high-quality Oracle presentations and demonstrations, develop deep expertise in and articulate advanced product features, benefits, and Oracle’s future direction, and work in close collaboration with our product development organization. Responsibilities

  • As a Master Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
  • Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions.
  • Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
  • Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
  • Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process.
  • Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
