As our GD&T Metrology Inspector, you’ll be the critical checkpoint ensuring each part aligns with exacting customer and industry standards—from the first cut to final sign-off.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing; aerospace, automotive, or precision machining background preferred.
Demonstrated strength in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
Hands-on proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, dial indicators, etc.).
Meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and an unwavering quality focus.

Nice To Haves

CMM operation or data review experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process and final inspections using hand and digital measurement tools: micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, and more.
Confirm dimensional accuracy and surface finish to drawings, specifications, and inspection plans.
Capture inspection data, test results, and nonconformances precisely within established quality systems.
Partner with operators and supervisors to resolve dimensional discrepancies in real time.
Apply engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and process sheets to verify compliance.
Support calibration activities and maintain complete, accurate inspection records.
Uphold traceability, documentation rigor, and cleanliness standards at all times.
