Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience designing conversational interfaces or virtual agents, preferably in the tel domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and testing.
  • Proficiency in Python for developing webhook services and automation scripts.
  • Strong understanding of GCP architecture and services relevant to CCAS.
  • Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with tel systems such as CRM, billing platforms, and IVR.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Center AI specialization).
  • Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist.
  • Knowledge of tel-specific challenges such as call routing, number portability, and service provisioning.
  • Experience with analytics tools for conversational performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking.
  • Hands on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights.
