Stefanini is looking for a GCP Cloud Engineer, Dearborn, MI (Onsite) For quick apply, please reach out Lokesh Sharma at 248-582-6565/[email protected] You are responsible for designing, building and deploying cloud-based infrastructure and managed services to achieve scalability, flexibility and cost efficiencies for private and public cloud systems that support the business. You are focused on created opinionated cloud environments and systems like Storage as a service, Infrastructure as a service etc. that form building blocks used by other enterprises and product teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT.
3+ years in development.
Expertise in deploying container solutions in OpenShift Cluster.
Expertise in Infrastructure as a Cod ex Terraform
Expertise in CI/CD pipeline ex. Jenkins, Tekton
Experience with GCP services like Cloud Run, Apigee, Pub-sub, Cloud tasks/schedulers, GKE.
Knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases including cloud native ones like Cloud SQL - PostgreSQL & Big query
Experience in utilizing Agile product management tools like JIRA
Experience in collaborative tools like GitHub, Bitbucket etc.
Experience with configure application monitoring with Dynatrace, logging with Splunk.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Experience in software development primarily focused on Java, Spring Boot and other open-source technologies.

Responsibilities

Designing and deploying various opinionated cloud environments and platforms aligned with enterprise architecture and security requirements while meeting the business-critical needs of internal customers.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, solution architects, product teams, etc. to design, build, and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions to meet the company's needs for scalability, availability, performance and security.
Monitor system usage to predict future needs, ensuring that the organization scales its IT resources appropriately.
Develop automation scripts and IaC templates for configuring and provisioning complex cloud resources including identity services, virtual private cloud, gateways, SSL, Kubernetes clusters, NoSQL data stores, etc.
Integrate enterprise security and disaster recovery policies in cloud infrastructure configurations, ensuring data protection and data retention practices comply with industry regulations
Design, implement and optimize cloud-based storage solutions ensuring data availability, security and cost efficiency.
Design, develop, and deploy OpenShift Container Application environment to run middleware services ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of message flow integration solutions.
Design and implement robust, scalable messaging middleware solution primarily within cloud environments like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Develop message integration with GCP services ex. Pub/Sub, Dataflow with internal and external partner applications.
Design, deploy and secure REST API and SOAP/XML Webservices with OAuth and mTLS.
Develop Message flow with ingest/push messages between source and sink.
Map Input and Output based on Schemas and configure message routing based on content.
Ensure the overall quality of integration solutions throughout the development lifecycle, from message conversion to flow deployment.
Configure application monitoring, logging and alerting.
