The position involves managing administrative tasks, relationship management, and planning for one or more assigned product lines or groups of staff. The role requires close collaboration with management and/or the Product Leader, as well as other assigned personnel. The jobholder will be responsible for cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring quality service, and identifying opportunities for referrals to other banking services. Additionally, the position includes coaching and mentoring Relationship Managers and other staff members, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, and leading process improvements to enhance service and profitability.
