About The Position
Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join the Transactions Team of GCSolutions. GCSolutions is an alternative legal service provider that offers clients cost-effective services staffed by highly qualified attorneys. The positions available allow for flexible scheduling, promoting work-life balance, and the ability to work remotely. GCSolutions attorneys are expected to contribute to team development but are not required to build a book of business or invest significant time in firm or client development. Opportunities are available on both a part-time and full-time basis, catering to a variety of professional needs and lifestyles. Candidates will primarily focus on general corporate and commercial contract law. The ideal candidate will possess firm and/or in-house counsel experience, particularly in handling corporate and transactional matters. Additional areas of interest for this role include corporate governance matters, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, and securities law, specifically related to the 1933 and 1934 Acts. Candidates should have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience. The position is open to various office locations, providing flexibility in work arrangements. Moreover, candidates with experience in trademarks, SAAS agreements, licensing agreements, or data privacy will also be considered favorably. Fluency in Japanese or Spanish is highly sought after, enhancing the candidate's profile. All candidates must be licensed in the jurisdiction where they will practice and should possess excellent academic credentials from law school and undergraduate studies, alongside strong writing and analytical skills.
