• Sales Success: Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets.

• Ability to Influence: Inspire others to achieve their best.
• Flexibility: Open to working additional hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel inspired to explore their musical passions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with flair, upselling and cross-selling instruments and accessories.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of gear and enhance the knowledge of others.
• Build strong customer relationships and help fellow Associates foster them.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain the store's music vibe.
• Guide and mentor team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks.
• Open and close the store as needed.
