Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel inspired to explore their musical passions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with flair, upselling and cross-selling instruments and accessories.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of gear and help enhance the knowledge of others.
• Build strong customer relationships and help fellow Associates foster them.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain store aesthetics.
• Guide and mentor team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Passion for music with a solid understanding of various instruments and products.
• Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with top-notch organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and influence others to achieve their best.
• Flexibility to work additional hours, including nights and weekends.
