As our Operations Associate, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving stock/shipments, administering daily tasks, and ensuring product is merchandised for the customer to have a great experience in our stores. A few special characteristics that make our Operations Associates successful include collaboration, customer focus, initiative, organizational skills, and technology skills. You will need to develop cooperation and teamwork while participating in a group, working toward solutions that benefit all involved parties. Understanding customer service principles is crucial, as you will need to provide an excellent customer experience and connect with customers in a meaningful way. You should be able to identify opportunities and issues, follow through on work activities, and learn quickly to take positive action without being requested to do so. In this role, you will handle tasks related to inventory control, shipping and receiving of gear and other items, cycle counting of inventory, stocking and merchandising to a planogram, printing and placing signage and price signs, cash handling, and shrink awareness and control. You will also be expected to complete additional duties as assigned, ensuring that all tasks are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
