In this role, you will play a pivotal role shaping and executing our global Talent Development strategy. You will act as a trusted partner and advisor to leadership and People Business Partners, immersing yourself in the business to understand its unique teams, culture, and challenges. By championing the perspectives of the AMR region, you will ensure our solutions are not just global, but also deeply relevant and impactful on the ground. Our team mission is to enable a culture of growth and empower our people so they can do great things to elevate the business. Your expertise in instructional design and design thinking will be critical as you create and launch innovative frameworks that enable managers to lead effectively and inspire individuals to own their career journeys. Your strong program management and dynamic facilitation skills will be essential as you deliver these powerful learning solutions to diverse audiences across the organization. We believe in constant evolution. To keep us ahead of the curve, you'll use data to measure the impact of our programs while helping to continuously improve our TD processes, systems and tools. Requirements

  • Knowledge of talent development and instructional design frameworks.
  • Proven program management experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proficiency in visual design and digital transformation strategies.
  • Experience with data management and analysis, including Excel and BI tools like Tableau.
  • Ability to use AI for personal productivity and business impact.
