The role is responsible for driving and executing key change and transformation projects in support of our global HR strategy for ensuring our HR processes continually improve. The role will provide excellent stakeholder engagement and the highest levels of customer service, quality, and compliance. A key part of the role is to harness self-service, enabling business engagement and support to ensure Workday, Smart Recruiters, Service Now and the Manila Service Centre are fully utilised and deliver a high quality, high value service.
