About The Position

The One Goldman Sachs (One GS) initiative is designed to provide a more integrated approach to serving our global client franchise. The One GS Business Development Team serves as the centralized point of connectivity between Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Global Banking & Markets (GBM), driving commercial opportunities across businesses. The team aims to leverage the full capabilities and relationship network of Goldman Sachs to simplify client access and promote a holistic long-term coverage ethos. This role involves building and maintaining deep relationships across various industry groups and business lines to enhance client relationships and coverage.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain deep relationships across Investment Banking industry groups, Wealth Management teams, and investment sleeves in Asset Management Private.
  • Strategize on significant Investment Banking mandates to form firmwide deal teams and integrate cross-business resources.
  • Provide client solutions by managing cross-business client introductions and understanding clients' objectives.
  • Grow client wallet share and think holistically about client relationships.
  • Provide key stakeholder teams with accurate, real-time data to drive accountability and measure success.
  • Own various pipelines, business metrics, referrals tracking, and cross-business revenue databases.
  • Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to drive the build-out of processes and tech solutions.
