About The Position

Provide friendly and efficient dining service to restaurant patrons to ensure a pleasurable dining experience.

Requirements

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times
• The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner
• The ability to read, write and understand simple instruction
• Strong verbal communication skills
• The ability to multi-task and well organized
• You will need to be available to work all shifts
• The ability to work in a fast –paced environment
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You also must be able to pass a background investigation
• Obtain and maintain a WV Racing License

Nice To Haves

• TIPS certified
• Food Handlers certified

Responsibilities

• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• An understanding of the POS System.
• Greet guests in a timely manner upon being seated.
• Responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages to patrons.
• Monitor guest needs for drink refills, ordering questions, condiment requests
• Assist with clearing tables and transporting dishes in addition to cleaning and stocking work areas and tables.
• Rolling silverware and other side work.
• The ability to work in a fast –paced environment and stressful situations.
• All other duties as assigned.
