About The Position

Gator’s Gift Shop is seeking a friendly and dependable Attendant to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role blends retail, customer service, and light food & beverage support, requiring strong multitasking skills and a positive, service-focused attitude. Required availability includes Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with additional availability on weekends and holidays. Flexibility to support evolving business needs is also expected. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Provide warm, attentive service to all guests Experience: Prior experience in retail or food and beverage is preferred. Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and basic sales skills are essential. Must be comfortable with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks (stocking, organizing)
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and assist where needed
