About The Position

No prior experience required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure all guests who enter have a valid ticket or season pass Record exits and re-entries to track guest attendance in the park Friendly approach to customer service by greeting each guest that enters and exits the park Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark Follow all Park policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Applicants must be 16 years of age or older Ability to accept guidance and supervision Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers and staff members Be aware, attentive, and work well with others Ability to work in shaded, outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Benefits: FREE Season Pass Free Tickets Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. Career Development We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date.
