About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is to check Guests and Members in at the front gate, assist with boat reservations and help with various duties around the Lake Pinehurst.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Enforce all facility policies, rules and regulations.
- Recognize and responds effectively to emergencies.
- Participate in in-service training.
- Oversee the front gate, checking in guests, members and guests of members for party reservations and facility usage.
- Leadership qualities and public relations skills
- Keep track of daily numbers of people using the Lake Pinehurst, reporting daily totals to the Lake Pinehurst Supervisor.
- Help guests onto boats, explain rental rules and guide boat rentals back onto docks.
- Ensure boats are cleaned before and after rentals.
- Complete records and reports.
- Daily upkeep of rental of equipment.
- Completes additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
