About The Position
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our established practice in Central Washington. This position offers a unique opportunity with a one-year partnership track, allowing you to become a partner in a thriving practice. The role involves a balanced mix of general and advanced gastroenterology, with a focus on both procedures and clinic visits. The practice operates on a full-time schedule, with options for either a 4 or 5-day workweek, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. You will be part of a call rotation of 1:8, providing ample time for personal pursuits while still being an integral part of the team. Our practice utilizes the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system, streamlining patient care and enhancing efficiency. We offer a competitive salary package that includes a signing bonus, relocation assistance, and RVU production incentives.
