About The Position

GI Hospitalist: Week On/Week Off Schedule Summary Join a collaborative Gastroenterology team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers a week on / week off rotation, providing a predictable schedule and strong work-life balance while supporting inpatient GI services. During your service week, you will partner with experienced colleagues to manage urgent and emergent procedures in a collegial, team-focused environment. Schedule Week On / Week Off Rotation: One full week on followed by one week off. Night Call: Off-premise call during your on-week. You may be called in for urgent or emergent procedures scheduled in the operating room that cannot wait until the next day. Weekend Coverage: Saturday: Urgent inpatient procedures requiring anesthesia scheduled 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the Endoscopy Unit. Sunday: Emergent procedures performed in the operating room as needed.
