Position Highlights: Employed Position with Sentara Medical Group. General GI and/or Advanced GI. Strong referral base with quick ramp-up, and physician marketing support to assist in building your practice. Compensation and Benefit Highlights: General GI Clinical Base Salary - $610,000/year plus wRVU Productivity Compensation. Advanced GI Clinical Base Salary - $630,000/year w/RVU Productivity Compensation. Quality Performance Incentives - $24,500/year. Generous Sign-on/Commencement and Retention Bonus. Annual CME Allowance - $7,500.
