These opportunities offer flexibility in practice style, strong referral bases, excellent procedural volume, and the support needed to focus on high-quality patient care. Practice Highlights Established & Growing Practices across multiple markets Flexible Practice Models with a mix of procedures and clinic time Strong APP Support allowing physicians to focus heavily on procedures High Procedure Volume with robust referral networks EPIC EMR systemwide Visa sponsorship available (location dependent) Team & Call Join experienced gastroenterologists and advanced practice providers Call ranges from 1:4 to 1:7, depending on location Light weekend call in select locations Advanced Opportunities ERCP experience preferred in some locations Teaching opportunities available through OSF’s academic affiliations and fellowship programs (Peoria) Compensation & Benefits Generous paid time off from Day One! Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
