About The Position

Reading Hospital is seeking a gastroenterologist to join Tower Health as we begin to build a GI practice. This start up will consist of 2 physicians and APP's, as well as a supportive office staff and administration. The role will involve both outpatient and inpatient services, with a strong referral base available.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Board certification in Gastroenterology
• Valid medical license in Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a similar practice setting
• Fellowship training in Gastroenterology

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient gastroenterology services
• Collaborate with other physicians and APPs in the GI practice
• Utilize a strong referral base for patient care
• Participate in the development of the GI practice
