Gastroenterologist Job Quick Facts: Specialty: Gastroenterology Job Type: Locum Tenens Facility Location: Longmont, CO Service Setting: Inpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing Coverage Type: Call Only Shifts needed to be filled: Longmont; - May 23–25 - Ongoing beginning July 2026 Lakewood; - Feb 13 -15 - July 12 -19 - Aug 18 -Sept 5 - July 2026 ongoing Call Schedule: 24 -hr call; 7a -7a - Min 3 consecutive shifts Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 30 mins Patient Demographics: Adult, Geriatric, Adolescent Admissions: 1 -2 (24hour Hospitalist admission team) Physician in Practice: 1 GI Physician Support Staff: RN Specialty Backup: Longmont; -IR (Mon -Fri; 8a -4p), Endo (Night) Lakewood; -24/7 intensivists & hospitalists at site. Procedures/Job Duties: -Endoscopy, GI Bleed, Evaluation of GI problems Beds in the Dept: 60 Trauma Level: Longmont III, Lakewood I EMR:Epic Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active CO License or IMLC BC DEA Clean Record (Preferred)
