About The Position

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, physician-led GI group in the heart of MetroWest Boston. Benefits

Base Salary: $450,000 – $500,000 per year
Signing Bonus: $50,000 – $75,000, paid at commencement of employment
Productivity Bonus: Additional annual bonus awarded after breakeven point, based on wRVU production
Transition Bonus: $150,000 upon promotion from Associate to Senior Physician (contingent on continued full-time employment)
