Gastroenterologist Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: Gastroenterology • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Facility Location: Longmont, CO • Service Setting: Inpatient • Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Call Only • Shifts needed to be filled: Longmont; - May 23–25 - Ongoing beginning July 2026 Lakewood; - Feb 13-15 - July 12-19 - Aug 18-Sept 5 - July 2026 ongoing • Call Schedule: 24-hr call; 7a-7a - Min 3 consecutive shifts • Call Type: Beeper • Call Response Time: 30 mins • Patient Demographics: Adult, Geriatric, Adolescent • Admissions: 1-2 (24hour Hospitalist admission team) • Physician in Practice: 1 GI Physician • Support Staff: RN • Specialty Backup: Longmont; -IR (Mon-Fri; 8a-4p), Endo (Night) Lakewood; -24/7 intensivists & hospitalists at site. • Procedures/Job Duties: -Endoscopy, GI Bleed, Evaluation of GI problems • Beds in the Dept: 60 • Trauma Level: Longmont III, Lakewood I • EMR:Epic • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
