About The Position
Join a leading, physician-led GI group seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to support continued growth in Riverdale, Maryland. Enjoy a lifestyle-friendly schedule (8 AM – 4 PM) with no call, robust clinical support, and top-tier compensation. This is an ideal opportunity for both experienced GIs and new grads who are looking for a high-volume, patient-focused environment with a clear partnership track. Position Highlights: 100% outpatient No call (no nights/weekends/on-call responsibilities) Scoping days: ~14 procedures | Clinic days: ~20 patients 12 mid-levels & 14 physicians across the group EMR: G-Med (Modernizing Medicine) All major insurances accepted Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: Mid $500Ks+ for new grads | Up to $600K+ for experienced Long-term earning potential: $700K – $1M+ Productivity-based RVU bonus Partnership track available (terms discussed during interview) BCBS health, dental, and vision (w/ coverage employer for family) Generous PTO CME annual allowance with time-off 401K/403B with 3.5% match Malpractice covered Licensing fees covered Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance
Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Active Maryland medical license or willing to obtain
