Requirements

Active unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a Subspecialty in Gastroenterology
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
DEA Certificate
NPI
Minimum of 2 years of GI experience.
Physicians who have ever had a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
