About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-centric Customer Sales Associate (CSA) to join our team. As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be exposed to the elements of an indoor/outdoor work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet goals
• Basic knowledge of a cash register
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and operate cash register
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
• Stay up to date on promotions to provide accurate information to customers
• Maintain clean building, and grounds
• Restock inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work efficiently to meet goals and maintain a high level of quality
