About The Position

We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Gas Seasonal Inspector in our Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin location. This position is represented by We Energies L2150 Union.Job Summary 

To inspect, oversee, and coordinate contractor operations in the installation, maintenance, alteration, and replacement of gas mains and services and all paperwork. Complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner in accordance with We Energies, federal, and state standards.Job Responsibilities 
Job Duties:

Responsible for inspecting, overseeing, and coordinating the installation, maintenance, alteration, and replacement of gas mains and services and all paperwork
Completion of projects in a timely and cost-effective manner in accordance with We Energies, federal, and state standards.
Before the start of a service or main installation, make sure that the necessary paperwork, such as construction drawings, easements, permits, and Digger's Hotline ticket numbers have been received
Coordinate construction activities with various departments and customers
Responsible for maintaining a safe work zone.
Miscellaneous duties as required or assigned

Requirements

• Applicant must have a valid driver's license and meet the company's requirements for driving.
• Applicant must comply with Part 199 pipeline drug and alcohol testing requirements.
