Responsible for processing transport customer information in the software system including nominations, scheduling, confirmations, allocations, imbalance management, and contract administration. The position involves completing contract, location, and business contact set up in the software system, implementing the scheduling process for all Company natural gas pipelines, and responding timely and accurately to customer inquiries concerning scheduling/contract administration issues and pipeline operations while complying with the tariff and business code of conduct requirements. The role also includes reviewing and monitoring imbalances with other interconnecting pipelines for accuracy, training customers in basic functions of the scheduling software system, and performing other daily, weekly, or monthly special project duties as assigned.
