About The Position

The Convenience Store Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking merchandise, and handling transactions accurately and efficiently. $500 Sign On Bonus $100 after 30 days $200 after 60 days $200 after 90 days

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Operate cash register and process transactions (cash, credit, debit).
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Follow all safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
