In this impact-driven role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and calibrating gas meters and associated mechanical and/or electronic systems. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Previous measurement experience strongly preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of AGA/GPA/API Measurement Guidelines and regulatory requirements (BLM, COGCC)
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently under limited supervision

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain primary and secondary gas measurement devices
  • Conduct multi-point verification, orifice plate inspection, and troubleshoot gas measurement systems
  • Maintain work schedules with customers and SPL, including communicating schedule changes promptly
  • Prepare and submit required documentation such as COC documentation, field service tickets, and calibration reports
  • Identify industry-related equipment and measurement terminology accurately
  • Transport hazardous and nonhazardous materials safely
  • Train and mentor new employees on primary tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
