Requirements
- 5+ years with direct Gas systems and Chemical systems roles.
- Advanced experience in gas distribution systems.
- Expertise with APC Ken controllers, gas cabinets, VMBs, and flowmeters.
- Strong understanding of gas flow to process equipment.
- Familiarity with Ceres and Air Products systems.
Responsibilities
- Train and mentor technicians, assessing performance and enhancing technical skills.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize equipment performance.
- Analyze business operations and provide expert recommendations for improvement.
- Create and validate technical documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Lead the design and deployment of technical solutions to meet operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment alarms, supporting customer-driven modifications as required.
- Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for technical staff.
