About The Position

Associate will place the engine head into the wash tank to be cleaned of all dirt, once clean the individual will then install all valves, seals and springs, and perform a vacuum test to check for the required pressure. The engine head will then move onto final assembly where Associates will assemble the heads on the units along with installing push rods, lifters and rockers. This position requires an individual that must be detail oriented, computer literate, and have strong math skills.

Requirements

• Must be detail oriented
• Computer literate
• Have strong math skills
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx.…8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as gauges and torque wrenches
