Responsible for processing garnishments and levies received for Bank OZK.

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience using computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel, required

Responsibilities

  • Ensures customers, internal or external, receive exceptional service at all times.
  • Maintains current processing information for garnishments and levies for states in which the bank maintains and operates retail offices.
  • Maintains current processing information regarding IRS levies.
  • Maintains office supplies/inventory.
  • Provides standardized notification letter(s) to the customer, providing details of the action and hold information.
  • Files and/or scans documents for legal review, branch communication, and regulatory/compliance retention.
  • Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
