Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or automotive production experience preferred (sealant or finishing experience a plus)
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety practices

Responsibilities

• Apply RG sealant to plastic automotive components according to work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality standards
• Ensure proper coverage, thickness, and placement of sealant on parts
• Inspect sealed components for defects such as gaps, air bubbles, excess material, or contamination
• Perform visual and manual quality checks before parts move to the next process
• Follow standardized work, process sheets, and quality alerts
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and safety requirements
• Operate basic hand tools, sealant equipment, and fixtures as required
• Identify and report quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or abnormal conditions to team leaders or supervisors
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Comply with all Chiyoda USA Corporation policies, safety procedures, and Subaru customer requirements
• Other duties as assigned.
